PIANO
To make it easier for our students to make progress in learning western classical music, we offer individual piano lesson. The teacher-student relationship is the most important element in music education. That is why we have been operating a private lesson system from day one. Our piano teacher is an experienced and skillful teacher. We believe that it is very important to be able to communicate with our teachers to feel free to enjoy your lessons. We provide piano lessons to kids in 4 years old and up , furthermore, we provide music education. If you are excited to start learning piano, or if you already play and want to take your skills to the next level, we here at SOUND OF MUSIC are delighted to provide an experience that is not only fun but also learning-oriented. We offer lessons in classical, jazz, pop music, blues, and many more for all levels of players.
GUITAR Western
We teach guitar. We follow the Western classical syllabus. Our classes are geared towards students who want to learn how to read sheet music. Students are given various important skills, these include learning how to apply techniques, playing with others in different situations, and gaining knowledge of music history. We only teach acoustic and electric guitar, and we don't believe in teaching music by rote. We want you to develop the skills that will give you confidence when playing in any environment. We consider creativity to be the key skill for living a full life, and our philosophy is that music is a great way to foster it in young people. VIOLIN
Our mission is to provide a fun, creative, and enjoyable learning environment for violin students from beginner to advanced levels. Our classes are geared toward those who want to improve their reading skills which will lead them to play violin pieces off sheet music. Students increase their familiarity with playing trained pieces as part of a group setting. Students also eventually learn how to play with other musicians in a band setting as they build advanced techniques and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, we will offer an introduction to music theory and technique. Being able to read sheet music is the only way to ensure proper progress in Western classical music. We teach violin to students of all ages, with a heavy emphasis on reading sheet music. Everyone is welcome.
voice Training and singing
This is a voice training course for all age groups in which the techniques of singing are taught from the foundation level with music notes. Your instructor for the course, John will teach those who are interested, in all the basic lessons in Western vocals. This will help the enrolling students to learn and sing beautifully along with the different singing techniques in western music. He will also help them understand the theoretical aspects of the same genres within western music. This beginner course takes about 52 weeks to complete and is taught by John, who has years of experience in performing and teaching Western vocal music. Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of music in general, it will cover a number of basic exercises and compositions. Students will be able to learn western songs of their own after attending this course. The students will be trained to give ABRSM or LCM Vocal examination by the end of this course.

Sound of Music offers a range of courses from salsa to kizomba and bachata. Our classes are open to all levels and we teach the basic as well as the advanced levels for people who want to learn as well as those who want to improve their dance skills. We also organize different events, especially salsa nights where everyone can dance with us.
